When coal is used for fuel in power generation it is referred to as steaming or thermal coal. Coal that is used to create coke for steel manufacturing is referred to as coking or metallurgical coal[1]. In Europe and South Africa, a coal mine and its accompanying structures are collectively known as a colliery. In Australia, colliery usually only refers to an underground coal mine [2]. This selection is due to the training needs assessment carried out by Mr. Anlauf and Körver-Buschhaus in Tabas in April 2005. Therefore the training material does not aim to be all inclusive of the full range of academic mining topics. It is rather a reader with specialised questions and tasks that help the trainees form Tabas to find basic orientation about the theme of coal mining and an some additional background to what cannot be taught in every detail during their training programme in Germany. ادامه مطلب نوشته شده توسط سعید امینی | لینک ثابت | موضوع: اطلاعات انگلیسی |
